The organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Field Technician I to work in the Wheat Program, specifically in the area of wide crosses in wheat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant breeding and genetics, and experience working in the field with small-scale farmers and rural communities. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field experiments and trials, collecting and analyzing data, and developing new crop varieties and breeding programs. The candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with other researchers and stakeholders to develop and implement new agricultural technologies and innovations.
