As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the organization's mission by providing administrative support to the team, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks. • Coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. • Providing logistical support for events, including arranging travel, accommodations, and catering. • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance. • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Performing other administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or a related field. You will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit organization. You will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also have a strong understanding of the organization's mission and values, and be able to contribute to the organization's goals and objectives.
