M- Analyst of Painting Processes (ABV)
Job description
Description of the vacancy
- Accompany and support the industrialization of new vehicle projects in the ABV lines.
- Plan technically the phases of industrialization, ensuring deadlines and deliveries.
- Conduct quality tests and validations (KPIs), such as layer thickness, adhesion, and finish.
- Perform statistical analyses and propose corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects.
- Optimize painting equipment and application tools.
- Prepare and update technical documentation (work instructions, validation plans, engineering documents).
- Serve as a technical interface with suppliers of paints, equipment, and application systems.
- Interact with areas such as Production, Quality, Logistics, and Safety.
- Prioritize technical support in troubleshooting, fault analysis, and real-time adjustments.
