From setting up to operating at FOH to creatively implementing effects – you are the pivot point for the visual magic of a production. With technical precision, artistic flair, and safe handling of modern lighting systems, you ensure that every scene shines and every highlight radiates.

Aufgaben

You set up the lights during rehearsals and performances (Einleuchten) and monitor the shows from FOH
You coordinate and execute the setup and teardown of lighting technology
You are responsible for calling and documenting Follow-Spots during shows and rehearsals
You support with setting up and tearing down general event and stage technology
You monitor, maintain, and inspect lighting equipment for errors
You operate, clean, and maintain fog machines, effect devices, and spotlights
You take over the pre- and post-preparation of light equipment for the tour
You monitor special events as needed

Qualifikation

You have a qualification in event technology or electrical/electronic engineering or bring professional experience as a lighting technician or event technician with a focus on lighting technology in the theater, musical, or entertainment industry
You possess fundamental knowledge of operating, maintaining, and controlling lighting equipment, spotlights, and fog machines
You bring leadership qualities and can communicate tasks clearly and efficiently
You are very safe when handling ETC
You have basic knowledge of network technology (e.g. SACN, Artnet)
You know software like MLA or QLab ideally
You are familiar with current safety-relevant regulations
You possess good German and English skills in writing and speaking
You work structured, independently, and efficiently
You have a good organizational ability and quick comprehension
You have team spirit and enjoy working as part of an ensemble
You are willing to adapt to changing working hours – including weekends, holidays, and nightsYou handle performers and creatives professionally
You appear well-groomed and confident
