* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of luxury travel consultants
* Supporting your team with complex international airfares, multi-sector travel itineraries, ticketing and re-issues
* Enhancing the quality of luxury travel service delivery and maintaining exceptional travel standards
* Collaborating with senior travel leadership to improve processes, refine travel operations and drive team targets
* Managing daily workflow, travel performance metrics, development plans and overall team engagement

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years' experience in luxury travel, corporate travel or high-end airfare consulting in a leadership position
* Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus) and confidence in complex airfare construction & itinerary management
* Previous leadership, senior consultant, or mentoring experience within a travel environment
* Strong communication skills with a passion for developing travel teams and lifting performance
* A calm, solutions-focused approach with outstanding attention to detail in a fast-paced travel setting
