Job Title: Lumper – Cabinet Manufacturing Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and physically capable Lumpers to assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of cabinet components and materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lumpers play a key support role in ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently across storage, production, and shipping areas. Key Responsibilities: Load trucks with cabinet parts, finished cabinets, wood panels, etc Manually move materials within the facility, including cabinets, panels, and other components Ensure materials are properly secured and protected during transportation Verify inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and tasks Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
