The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in German and English, and have experience in the aviation industry. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and colleagues; * Handle check-in procedures for passengers and baggage; * Ensure that all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time; * Work efficiently and effectively during peak travel periods; * Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy; * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
