Assist the Commis 1 in the kitchen, ensuring that all stations are clean and organized. Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure. Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to the hotel's quality standards. Assist with menu planning, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory of ingredients. Participate in daily meetings to discuss menu specials, new recipes, and any issues or concerns. Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after each use. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies. Participate in hotel events and functions as required. Assist the Executive Chef with special projects and tasks as needed.
