We, HELFERLINE GmbH, are an innovative startup and are looking for smart helpers who can support private individuals with everyday technical problems. With our HELFERLINE app, you can easily retrieve and accept orders. The orders will always take place at the customers' homes. This is not a remote deployment. Depending on your location, there may be a travel allowance.

Tasks

Solve everyday technical problems on-site (at the customer's). Recurring themes include: Android, iOs, MacOS, Windows, Printers, Internet, TV

Qualification

Technical skill in handling consumer devices; You don't need a technical degree, but you should be familiar with computers, smartphones, etc.
