Facility: Sanford Broadway Clinic Location: Fargo, ND Address: 737 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join our Urology Clinic team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). As an LPN, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and support. Job Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. • Perform routine tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with procedures. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Job Requirements: • Current LPN licensure in the state of North Dakota. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • One year of experience in a clinical setting preferred. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
