Facility: GSS ND Park River Location: Park River, ND Address: 301 Co Rd 12B, Park River, ND 58270, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: Flex Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: 26.00 - 36.00 Pay Info: $10,000 Sign On Available Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. This includes, but is not limited to, administering medications, performing treatments, and providing direct resident care. The LPN will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives. The LPN will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident. The LPN will also be responsible for reporting any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse or other appropriate personnel. The LPN will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Job Requirements The LPN must have a current LPN license in the state of North Dakota. The LPN must also have a minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting. The LPN must be able to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed. The LPN must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. The LPN must be able to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
