Facility: GSS NE Grand Island Vlg Location: Grand Island, NE Address: 4075 Timberline St, Grand Island, NE 68803, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule: PRN Weekly Hours: Varies Salary Range: $24.00 - $36.00 Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care to residents within an assigned area and supervises and directs the activities of the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Essential Functions * Provides direct resident care under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). * Performs medication administration. * Performs treatments and procedures. * Completes required documentation in a timely manner. * Supervises and directs the work of CNAs. * Follows all facility policies and procedures. * Participates in facility meetings and training. * Maintains a safe and clean working environment. * Responds to resident emergencies. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska. * Experience in long-term care preferred. * Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Ability to maintain confidentiality.
