We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Complete Care at Heritage, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care. You will also be responsible for documenting patient information, communicating with patients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Requirements: * Current LPN license in the state of Maryland * 1 year of experience as an LPN * Ability to work every other weekend and/or every weekend * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights * Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
