As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, working closely with our residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support to our residents. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
