Requirements: - Current LPN license in the state of South Dakota - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred - Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends - Ability to lift 50 pounds or more - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals - Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
