As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, working closely with our residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support to our residents. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments. Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's mission and values, and uphold our standards of excellence in all aspects of your work. Requirements: Current LPN license in the state of South Dakota. High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
