Responsibilities:

Daily Documentation
-
Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s

Notify pharmacy of new orders.

Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.

All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License within the state of Wisconsin
