LPG Sales Manager - SME & Growth

Job Description What you'll do: We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sales Manager to energise our Christchurch based LPG Sales team. As our Sales Manager -SME & Growth, you will lead the SME Sales team to profitably grow the Rockgas business and optimise the revenue from our small - medium commercial (SME) sales, contracts, and partnerships across the channel throughout New Zealand. This role is pivotal in ensuring Rockgas’ future success by developing and leading our SME team, the strategy for growth, and driving profitable revenue through effective sales strategies, account management, and partnership development. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and commercial acumen will enable you to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver results that meet the needs of our customers and Rockgas’ business objectives. What we're looking for: A highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a track record of success in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, account management, and partnership development. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
