LPG Maintenance Lead - Auckland or Christchurch based

Job Description The Role: Reporting to the Manager, LPG Engineering, you’ll lead the implementation and ongoing management of Rockgas’ maintenance programmes nationwide. This is a hands-on, high-impact role balancing planned and corrective maintenance, strong contractor performance, accurate system updates, and clear reporting on what’s due, overdue and priority. Leading a small team and working closely with internal stakeholders your key responsibilities will include: Leading nationwide maintenance programmes; Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies; Collaborating with the LPG Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities; Providing technical guidance and support to contractors; Ensuring accurate and timely reporting on maintenance activities; Managing and prioritizing a high-volume workload; Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders; Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities.
