As a Loyalty Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our heat pump customers. This includes answering their queries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring that they are fully satisfied with our products and services. You'll also work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services, helping us to drive growth in our Heat Pump business.
