Your Responsibilities

• actively acquiring and serving medium-sized enterprises (annual turnover of 20-60 million PLN),
• fulfilling tasks resulting from the operational and revenue sales plan of the department,
• effective sales of banking products to clients in your own portfolio (cross-selling),
• preparing credit applications and processing them in banking systems,
• coordinating ongoing cooperation between clients in your own portfolio and employees from other areas of the bank's operations,
• cooperating with experts from other banking units, including the risk department,
• ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Our Requirements

• you have practical experience in creating and developing low-code solutions on the WEBCON BPS platform, particularly forms, workflows, and process applications,
• you can analyze business requirements and translate them into process models and solutions that support user work,
• you have knowledge of system integration, including APIs, JSON, authorization, data exchange, and mapping,
• you know the basics of data modeling and can work with queries and data structures,
• you care about the quality of solutions through testing, documenting changes, handling errors, and applying SDLC standards,
• you understand application security principles, permission management, and data protection,
• you can diagnose problems and independently carry out tasks of moderate complexity,
• you are interested in using AI to support the development, testing, and documentation of solutions,
• you can cooperate with business users and IT teams, and you know the basics of agile work (Scrum, Kanban),
• you use the English language to a degree that allows you to use technical documentation and cooperate with technology providers.
