Adecco For Swissport International AG, one of the largest ground service providers, directly at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a Premium Services / Lounge Agent 50-80% on an unlimited basis as of March 2026. Tasks - Greeting departing and arriving passengers - Check-in of passengers and luggage (including oversized luggage, animal transport, etc.) - Reception of Business and First Class passengers in the lounges - Driver service at the apron for First Class passengers - Assistance to passengers with irregular baggage issues Profile - Completed apprenticeship or Matura - German at least C1 level (understanding of Swiss German is mandatory) - English at least B2 level - Customer- and service-oriented - Well-groomed appearance - Swiss driving license category B (mandatory) - Willingness to work shifts between 04.00 and 24.00 hours (mandatory) Attention: At 4.00 am, no bus, tram, or train runs to the airport Schedules in hourly wage model or annual fixed salary 60-80%, freely selectable. Available hourly wage models: Option 1 - Use of free or shift wishes up to a maximum of 12 days (the remaining days of the month are available flexibly) - Willingness to work at up to 3 full weekends Option 2 - Availability for at least 14 working days flexibly throughout the month, including 3 full weekends Option 3 - Availability every week from Friday to Monday for planning purposes (Tuesday to Thursday are free days) - Choose one free weekend/month Benefits Take a step into a globally renowned company at Zurich Airport location.
