We are recruiting a Salesperson M/F on a 35-hour fixed-term contract within our Louis Pion store located in Cannes. From greeting to checkout, including handling repairs and following up on our after-sales service, you are responsible for the customer experience and their satisfaction. On the front lines, your role consists of: - Welcoming and assisting our customers - Advising customers and developing arguments adapted to their needs - Proceeding with checkout - Promoting our Louis Pion brand to customers and developing its turnover - Participating in the maintenance of the store and the creation of window displays by ensuring regular restocking - Knowing your store's offerings and being able to present the brands offered to our customers. - Handling simple on-site repairs (size adjustment, bracelet change) - Ensuring the handling and follow-up of after-sales service and special orders - Checking deliveries and carrying out inventories - Highlighting our selection of jewelry All with passion!
