Job description
Loss Prevention Manager Miejsce pracy: Kąty Wrocławskie Your responsibilities Preventing risks and vulnerabilities as early as possible; intervening in unfolding incidents and exposures in order to minimize any negative impact; and by investigating thoroughly security related incidents in order to identify and remove root causes and to prevent reoccurrence; Evaluating threats, assessing risks and developing risk management strategies; Providing a secure working environment to our associates; Preventing loss of assets, data and intellectual property; Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the prevention of loss; Conducting regular audits and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; Identifying and addressing potential security breaches; Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to loss prevention; Collaborating with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management; Providing training and guidance to associates on loss prevention best practices; Developing and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of incidents; Reporting incident findings and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
