Loss Adjuster - Strata (Gold Coast)

We are currently on the search for a Strata Loss Adjuster to join our client's team in GOLDIE! You will be responsible for helping their customers recover from property damages. Potential for Senior. What's on offer - Up to $110,000 Performance based bonuses (Up to 33%) - $17,000 car allowance - Potential Sponsorship for right candidate - Company laptop and phone - On-going training opportunities - Assignments nationally and internationally Responsibilities - Conduct desktop & on-site inspections - Assess and investigate property damage claims - Prepare detailed reports - Negotiate settlements - Manage stakeholders - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations Requirements - Proven experience in loss adjusting, specifically within the strata insurance sector - Strong understanding of building construction and related trades - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of claims - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Relevant qualifications (e.g., ANZIIF) highly regarded - Drivers license - A current police check is a requirement of this role - Must be eligible to work in Australia Apply Now!
