Job description:

• representing the Foundation outside and managing ongoing activities, coordinating actions taken by the Foundation;
• creating and implementing development concepts for the Foundation;
• preparing and realizing budgetary assumptions;
• achieving set results and economic indicators;
• constant monitoring of competitive environment;
• building positive relationships with social, business, and client partners;
• managing the Foundation's assets;
• determining the size of employment and salary levels for employees;
• supervising organization and ongoing functioning of subordinate facilities;
