As Conductor:in at FlixTrain, you ensure safe and punctual train journeys from Berlin and support as needed on further routes. Your work is essential for a smooth passenger operation and a reliable travel experience.

About the Role

• Fully responsible for conducting train journeys in passenger traffic – always conforming to regulations and safely
• Control our trains from Berlin on the FlixTrain network nationwide
• Communicate reliably with the control center, colleagues, and passengers
• Ensure a punctual and economical operation
• Take over preparatory and concluding tasks to ensure operational readiness
• Support operations also on weekends and public holidays – within flexible rosters
• Actively contribute to positive and professional passenger communication

About You

• Completed training as a locomotive driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3)
• Ideal candidate with several years of experience in the railway industry, preferably in passenger traffic
• Familiarity with routes from Berlin is an advantage
• High sense of security and responsibility
• Strong communicator, service-oriented, and team player
• Availability for shift work, including weekends and public holidays
• Motivation to be part of a sustainable mobility revolution
