Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach retirement and health centers, home to approximately 130 residents and daycare services, the Spitex home care service, residential living, and consulting services, employing a total of around 250 employees, is a non-profit public limited company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.

We are looking for a humorous, cheerful, and flexible payroll accountant to complement the HR team.

Your new tasks

• Responsibility and execution of monthly payroll runs (approx. 250 employees)
• Processing and booking of payroll runs, including year-end closing and reconciliation of payroll accounting with financial accounting
• Advising employees on payroll and insurance matters
• Controlling a sub-area of personnel deployment planning
• Settlement of family allowances and withholding tax, and reconciliation of social insurances
• Support and advancement of digitalization, and co-development and management of all payroll-relevant processes, as well as participation in projects

What you bring

• Commercial apprenticeship with specialized further training as a Payroll Specialist and, preferably, with additional training as a Social Insurance Specialist
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, including year-end closing tasks
• Very good MS Office skills
• Integrative personality, socially competent, and a team player
• Quick grasp and networked thinking
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Interest in professional and personal further development
