Payroll Accountant / Payroll Specialist in Full-time or Part-time (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the independent, on-time preparation of monthly payroll statements

• Competent point of contact for clients, social security institutions, and authorities on all matters of payroll tax and social security law

• Preparation of certificates and responsibility for reporting

• Point of contact for audits (social security, payroll tax, etc.)

• Collaboration with the founding team to further develop the software through relevant practical insights

• Supportive activities in HR by co-designing future job profiles in the Payroll Team

Qualifications

• Successfully completed further training as an IHK Payroll Accountant or Specialist Assistant for Payroll & Salary

• Basic knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and labor law

• Independent and conscientious way of working

• Very good German language skills

• Ideally, prior experience with Agenda as payroll software
