Job description

We are a family-owned company in the building cleaning sector with over 60 employees.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced professional for payroll accounting, who will take over our monthly salary calculation independently.

Tasks

- Independent creation of monthly payroll and salary statements

- Maintenance and control of working hours (Excel / time recording system)

- Conducting employee registrations with social insurance carriers

- Creation of SV reports, annual reports, and pay slips

- Processing AAG applications (U1/U2)

- Communication with health insurance companies, authorities, and tax consultants

- Review of test calculations and clarification of differences

- Support in payroll-related questions from employees

Qualification

Completed commercial training
Multiple years of experience in payroll accounting
Sure handling of social security law
Experience with DATEV, Agenda, Lexware or comparable payroll software
Very good Excel skills
Structured and independent working style
Discretion and reliability

Experience in the building cleaning sector or with many industrial employees is an advantage.
