To strengthen our team, we are looking for a payroll clerk / personnel administrator entitlement calculation (m/w/d) at least 35 hours per week, who takes over responsibility and actively shapes our future.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Erfassung und Pflege der Arbeitszeiten sowie Abwesenheiten as basis for entitlement calculation
• Pflege und Verwaltung of personal data
• Bearbeitung of entries and exits, as well as other personnel-related changes
• Kommunikation with health insurance companies, social security institutions, authorities and offices
• Support in personnel administration
• Preparation of certificates, statistics and evaluations
• Contact person (m/w/d) for our employees on salary- and personnel-related questions
• Safeguarding compliance with statutory, tariff and company regulations

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Erfolgreich completed commercial training
• Knowledge of DATEV-Lodas is a prerequisite, DATEV-Lodas payroll would be perfect
• Experience in personnel administration
• Good knowledge of labor, wage and social security law
• Structured, meticulous and reliable working method
• High level of discretion and sense of responsibility
• Teamwork ability as well as independent and solution-oriented work
• Basic requirement is the willingness to continuously develop professionally and personally and take on new challenges
