Payroll Clerk (m/w/d) - Payroll with Structure, Security & Future

• Independent and timely performance of monthly payroll and salary calculations

• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data and movement records
• Contact person for employees and management in all matters relevant to payroll processing
• Processing of new hires, terminations, contract changes, and certification matters
• Communication with health insurance companies, authorities, and social security organizations
• Preparation of evaluations, reports, and statistics
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
• Support in annual closing and audit activities (SV, LSt, Wirtschaftsprüfer)
• Continuously developing internal processes in the payroll area

Requirements

• Successful completion of a commercial education or comparable qualification
• Zusatzqualifikation as Payroll Clerk desired
• Multiple years of experience in compensation processing
• In-depth knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. DATEV LODAS, SAP HCM, LOGA etc.)
• Excellent MS-Office skills, particularly Excel
• High reliability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
