Tasks

You take responsibility – professionally, organizationally, and in direct client contact.
In short: You're not just a cog in the machine, but a co-creator and reliable partner for our clients and team.

Your focal points:

• Preparation of salary and wage statements
• Counseling of a fixed client circle on labor law and social security issues
• Accompaniment of labor tax audits

Qualification

We expect from you.

You fit in with us if you want to take responsibility and are open to digital processes. Additionally, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Degree in tax consulting (m/w/d), ideally with additional qualification in the area of salary or an alternative educational path with several years of work experience in salary accounting
• Ideal candidate has several years of work experience in a law firm
• Safe handling of DATEV and MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Pleasure in direct client contact and teamwork
