Your Task Area

• Independent execution of monthly payroll and salary calculations for a defined group of employees
• Maintenance and management of personnel master data
• Processing of entries, exits, and changes in the employment relationship
• Creation of certificates and evaluations
• Communication with health insurance companies, authorities, and external entities
• Support for time management and personnel issues
• Contact person for employees and executives on accounting-related matters
• Participation in HR projects and continuous process improvements

Your Background

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in payroll accounting
• At least 3 years of professional experience in salary calculation
• Good knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
• Familiarity with MS Office and common accounting systems like DATEV
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Communication skills and discretion
