The following are your responsibilities: Timely processing of monthly payroll accounting, including all pre- and post-processing tasks
Notification, reporting, and certification matters
Control and maintenance of personnel master data and time management
Point of contact for employees in social security and tax law matters
Correspondence with authorities, social insurance providers, and health insurance companies
Accompanying business audits (social security & payroll tax)
Preparation of evaluations and statistics
The following are your qualifications: Completed commercial training or further education to become a payroll accountant (gn) desirable
Professional experience in payroll accounting
Knowledge of payroll tax and social insurance law
Safe handling of MS Office and SAP knowledge desirable
