• Independent creation of monthly payroll accounting and salary calculation (Sage) including processing of commissions and special payments
• Contact person for all questions about payroll accounting and salary calculation for a defined circle of employees and executives
• Maintenance of personnel master data in Sage and internal programs
• Contact person for social insurance providers, occupational associations, and tax authorities
• Creation of weekly and monthly personnel key figures and statistics
• Personele records administration in our payroll accounting

Your profile:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial training or personnel management with further education to payroll accountant
• Multiple years of experience as payroll accountant, salary accountant, or comparable activities
• Fundamental knowledge of social security and income tax law
• Knowledge of the Sage accounting program is an advantage
