Your Tasks:

• Billing of invoices and vouchers
• Reminder process
• Debt management
• Payroll accounting
• Preparation of payroll and salary statements
• CORRESPONDENCE with authorities, health insurance companies, and insurance companies
• Bookkeeping in accordance with statutory regulations
• Processing of payment transactions
• Monthly value-added tax declaration
• Assistance in preparing monthly and annual closing accounts

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• At least two years of professional experience in the commercial sector
• Precise and independent working style
• High level of willingness to learn and further education
• Knowledge in the field of financial accounting
• Fundamental MS-Office and IT knowledge
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, good English - desirable

Further Information:

• Industry of the employer: Production of finished textile products (excluding clothing)
• Start date of employment: immediately (subject to agreement)
