Workplace: remote or in Magdeburg

Tasks

• You support our direct customers with technical and factual questions about our Lohn software and process support requests through all channels (excluding tax consulting).
• You analyze customer needs, find suitable solutions, and accompany more demanding technical and factual questionnaires.
• You perform remote maintenance as needed and support the solution of complex customer problems.
• You document all relevant work steps and status updates structured and comprehensible in the ticket system.

Qualification

• You have a completed commercial or technical education or comparable qualification
• You bring experience in customer support – ideally in ERP or software environment
• You are familiar with ticket systems and CRM tools
• You have basic knowledge of ERP processes, commercial operations, and the area of Lohn
• You convince through communication strength, service orientation, and a structured work approach.
• You have solid IT foundation knowledge (hardware, software, networks, databases)
