Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation of payroll and salary statements for our clients

• Verification and maintenance of master personnel data, use of digital interfaces

• Point of contact for clients regarding payroll and salary accounting questions

• Processing of notifications to social security institutions and tax authorities

• Compilation of statistics and reports

• Support during audits

Profile

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on payroll accounting
• Professional experience in payroll accounting
• Knowledge of labor law and social security law
• Proficient knowledge of DATEV or comparable accounting software
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and a diligent work approach
