Job Description:

As a speech therapist at La Passerinette in Soumagne, you are responsible for supporting residents with communication and/or swallowing difficulties. Your work contributes to their autonomy, comfort, and quality of life through adapted and human care (Positive Care).

Your new tasks:

• perform speech therapy assessments and diagnoses;
• define objectives and implement an individualized program;
• conduct sessions and monitor progress;
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and inform relatives if necessary;
• ensure administrative follow-up and reports;
• As a speech therapist, you are part of the paramedical team. You report to management and work in collaboration with the nursing team.

Requirements:

• Professional bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy and Audiology – Orientation Speech Therapy or a master's degree in Speech Therapy
• Experience in geriatrics is an asset;
• Ability to establish diagnoses and individualized programs;
• Good knowledge of the French language.
