We are an established, owner-managed SME based in the Knonaueramt region, active in the Swiss wine and beverage market for over 50 years. Under the credo "More than single-use", we are committed to the circular economy and the reuse of glass bottles. Our offering includes cleaned and new glass bottles, closures, drinking glasses, as well as mobile bottling. Personal consultation, quality, cooperation, and long-term partnerships are at the core of our business.

To manage our internal logistics, we are looking for a motivated and practically experienced professional, starting immediately or by arrangement, who will control our goods flow and be in communication with the interfaces Dispatch & Production Planning, our washing center, and the drivers.

Logistics Specialist

Specifically, this role includes the following tasks:

• Independent management of the block warehouse, warehouse organization
• Timely provision of goods
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Incoming goods inspection
• Creation of delivery documents as needed
• Briefing drivers
• Electronic recording of incoming goods
• Electronic recording of customer returns
• Support and substitution for the Dispatch & Production Planning function
• Sample shipping and minor errands

With a keen eye for efficient processes, you will prepare shipments. You will flexibly integrate seasonal fluctuations into your planning and find the most effective solution even under time pressure. You will report to the Head of Dispatch & Production Planning and the Production Manager.

Your Profile – Dynamic All-rounder

You skillfully control our incoming and outgoing goods and maintain an overview even in hectic moments. You act proactively, work very precisely, and adhere to safety regulations. Courteous and collegial interaction with your various contacts is a matter of course for you. Physical work as well as administrative tasks on the PC are equally appealing to you, and you particularly appreciate the variety that such a role brings. As an open-minded, quick-learning individual, you think beyond your own field of activity and actively contribute to the team.

What You Bring – Expertise and Experience

You have completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ, ideally in the area of dispatch or logistics, and additionally bring:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience
• Confident and routine handling of forklifts
• Good German language skills, written and spoken
• Good PC user skills (Windows)
