Tasks - Acceptance and processing of transit documents - Data collection and maintenance in the PASSAR system - Preparation and dispatch of export papers to customs agents - Creation of import/export documents for border clearance - Input and control of products in Microsoft Business Central 365 - Processing of OZL transits as well as registrations and deregistrations in the system - Customs clearance in the Open Customs Warehouse (OZL) and for ZE - General administrative tasks and office organization - Coordination with procurement when missing documents or information are required - Communication with customers, forwarders, drivers, customs authorities etc. - Support at goods receipt/issue and in the warehouse as needed Profile - Completed training as a logistics expert EFZ - Professional experience in logistics, ideally with customs knowledge - Good knowledge of customs clearance, OZL, and PASSAR - Secure handling of Microsoft Office and Business Central 365 - Fluent German language skills, English/French an asset - Independent, structured, and reliable working style - Customer-oriented, communicative, and team-oriented - Adaptable, flexible, and responsible - No night shifts?
