TASKS:
As a Logistics and Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) with personnel responsibility, you are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership and technical guidance of the subordinate employees (m/f/d) and organize and monitor the overall process of the area of activity: Warehouse / Logistics within both production facilities at the company headquarters in D-07819 Triptis. You regulate the correct deployment of the personnel within the departments and schedule the employees in a possible shift plan (early & late shift). As a Logistics Manager (m/f/d), you will be actively involved in your area of responsibility. You will also continue to be the point of contact for clarifying logistical and technical issues within the area of responsibility: Warehouse/Logistics. The implementation of the directives from management, the realization of smooth production through timely and demand-oriented provision of the relevant materials, and the maintenance of interdepartmental information flow represent the prioritized goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
A high degree of commitment, initiative, assertiveness, organizational talent, and a future-oriented mindset are a matter of course for you. Self-motivation, flexibility in processing and implementing complex tasks, as well as analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strategic and business management approach characterize you. A master craftsman's certificate or university degree is an advantage but not mandatory. Knowledge in the area of personnel management would be desirable. Appropriate resilience, social competence, teamwork skills, structured approach, strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and well-developed technical understanding represent further qualities. You demonstrate your teamwork skills through active and committed cooperation with your colleagues. In summary, you represent a convincing, communicative, and team-oriented personality with "entrepreneurial thinking".
