To ensure high standards in the HSEQ area at all our nationwide locations, we are looking for a Trainer (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der HSEQ-Standards an neu eröffneten Standorten
• Effektive Durchführung von Trainings zu Unternehmensstandards im Bereich HSEQ, insbesondere zur Bedienung von Material Handling Equipment
• Durchführung von Schulungen im Rahmen des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeitender während der Launch-Phase im Hinblick auf HSEQ-Standards
• Mitwirkung an der Schulung und Weiterentwicklung von Führungskräften und Management
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abstimmungsprozesse
• Beratung und Unterstützung des Managements in Bezug auf Trainings- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
• Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Dokumentation der Trainingsprozesse
• Unterstützung regionaler Trainingsaktivitäten
• Sicherstellen, dass alle durchgeführten Trainings den Trainingsstandards und -rahmenbedingungen von DP World entsprechen und zur Entwicklung qualitativ hochwertiger, standardisierter Trainings in der Region beitragen

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise in der Kontraktlogistik oder im Automotive-Umfeld
• Nachweisliche Kenntnisse grundlegender Qualitäts- und HSE-Standards (Health, Safety & Environment)
• Bereitschaft, flexibel Trainings in der gesamten deutschen Organisation durchzuführen (Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 80%)
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Normen ISO 9001, 14001 und 45001
• Eine Train-the-Trainer-Qualifikation ist wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
