YOUR MISSION AS OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD AT LILLYDOO

• You steer the operational daily business and ensure the daily target achievement in the warehouse and transport area.
• You coordinate weekly personnel requirements and order temporary workers as needed.
• You monitor and control processes in incoming goods, commissioning, packaging, and shipping.
• You are the direct point of contact for operational disruptions and bottlenecks and ensure adequate solutions.
• You conduct sample inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• You steer inventory management and material flow and are responsible for conducting inventories.
• You record operational key figures, create evaluations, and discuss these with the Operations Lead.
• You identify training needs, train employees, and accompany new hires.
• You maintain business documentation and work instructions up-to-date.
• You ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational health and safety guidelines.
• You work closely with other departments and external partners.
