Logistics Team Leader Delivery

As Logistics Team Leader, you and your team ensure that every day runs smoothly. You provide clear direction, maintain an overview, and help delivery heroes get the most out of themselves. You know what's going on, focus on results, and are visible on the work floor. Meanwhile, you keep the team motivated, express expectations, and give recognition when things are going well. You like to get things done and easily adapt to what the day demands. ## What you do * You lead your own team of delivery heroes and are their first point of contact. * You track your team's scores, focus on results, and discuss improvements during the daily start-up meeting. * You perform process tasks on the floor and handle administration and analyses while the delivery heroes are on their way. * You conduct absence management conversations and perform appraisal and performance interviews. ## What you get * A gross full-time monthly salary of at least € 3,500, depending on your experience. * Travel expenses reimbursement, 8% holiday pay, pension scheme, and up to € 500 discount on your purchases at Coolblue. * 29 vacation days based on a full-time contract.
