Function description * You are responsible for setting up transportation planning and coordinating deliveries to countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Austria. * You maintain daily contact with internal departments and external transport partners to ensure that all goods are delivered correctly and on time. * You follow customs formalities for the UK and ensure that all documentation is in order. * You make routes and shipments, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and road conditions. * You coordinate with logistics providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules. * You monitor and analyze transportation costs and propose improvements. * You maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and delivery dates. * You ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner. * You work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth receipt and processing of goods. * You are responsible for resolving any issues or problems that may arise during transportation. * You stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations, transportation laws, and industry best practices. * You maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to transportation and logistics. * You work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
