Our client produces organic fertilizers based on circular rest flows for customers in the agricultural and horticultural sector worldwide. They combine the strength of an international group with the agility of a local team. As part of an international group, the company combines stability and long-term vision with practical daily operations. Currently, they are looking for a Logistics Assistant. You will be responsible for processing administrative documents related to transports and logistics files. You create transport documents and manage them accurately. You deliver transport documents on time to drivers and external transporters. You maintain daily contact with customers, suppliers, drivers, and transporters. You support the transport planner in daily planning and follow-up. After an internal training period, you will function as a backup for transport planning in case of absences. You quickly adapt to a dynamic logistics environment where priorities can change. You actively contribute to a smooth and efficient logistics operation. You have a qualification or first experience within transport or logistics. You work accurately and are administratively strong. You communicate fluently and remain stress-resistant at deadlines. You can work independently, but also function well in team settings. You have a curious mindset and want to take responsibility. You have very good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French and English. You start with a fixed part-time contract, with growth opportunities to full-time from June 2026. You receive a market-conform salary supplemented with extralegal benefits, including meal vouchers and insurance. You will be trained extensively internally on products, processes, and ERP systems, so you can quickly work independently.
