Logistics Assistant

As a Logistics Assistant, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of all warehouse processes. Your tasks include: Receiving goods and components, checking quantities, article information, quality, and any damage. Administrative processing of delivery notes and registrations. Storing and placing goods at the correct locations in the warehouse. Order picking with scanners/ERP systems for internal and external orders. Preparing shipments: packing, labeling, and preparing documents for dispatch. Maintaining accurate records and reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment. Coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of goods. Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues in the warehouse process. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes.
