Job Description
As a Customer Service Transport Clerk, you are responsible for the commercial and administrative follow-up of our customers' transport orders. You form the link between the customer and the dispatch department and ensure that all information is processed and communicated correctly, timely, and accurately. You work full-time (37 hours/week) from Kruisem. Profile As a Customer Service Transport Clerk, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for both the commercial and administrative follow-up of their transport orders. You provide correct price information, good communication, and accurate administrative processing in the software system. Additionally, you form an important link between the customer and our dispatch department.
Your tasks are:
- Researching and correctly communicating freight and transport prices to customers.
- Full communication (email/phone) with customers regarding loading and unloading appointments.
- Registering and following up on complaints and informing customers correctly (delays, deviations, etc.).
- Creating customer files and entering transport orders in the software system.
- Follow-up and administrative management of empties (Europallets) and ensuring their return to the customer.
- Booking incoming transport orders. - Offer Salary depending on experience (class 4).
